Expect tons of fun, great food, winning something, and sand gnats.

It will be a blast.... Have no worries. It's super laid back.

Bring your appetite...enough food to feed an army. You'll meet a bunch of really good people, both anglers and volunteers. Don't be shy to make friends...there's no strangers there, just people you haven't met yet. Truly one of my favorite things to do in the calendar year...you'll have a blast.

For salt boundaries, just figure Port St Joe to the west and Steinhatchee to the east and you'll be good to go.
11. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS:

Saltwater Division: Anywhere from as far east as Cow Creek located East of Steinhatchee, FL and as far west as 5 miles past the 98 bridge in Port Saint Joe, Florida. (This leaves plenty of room to fish in Cape San Blas). All participants must use pubic accessible launch areas. Use of private property will result in disqualification.

Freshwater Division: Contestants may fish from any public launch area on any publicly accessible launch onto public waterways where one may legally harvest fish. Such public launches must be within 75 miles of the tournament headquarters.

Tournament is just one day for fishing competition. That's Saturday May 7th.
Friday May 6th is only for the mandatory captain's meeting.
Both days are fun! :D

Welcome aboard!

I'm with you Jake. I just registered last night! I've met a lot of awesome people from fcka and have had the chance to fish from Perry to St. George over the last few years. This shindig sounds like a blast and I can't wait.
