Started out throwing top w popper fr reds a little after sun was above horizon. Tried 3 o bars and shoreline between e . No takers. Near high water went back to bar where I started. Using jig w a frz shrmp appetizer. Hooked 3, landed 2 nice reds. One was 26"&a bit. Biggest red
iv seen this yr.all3 were 22" or better.Looked like they were a newcommers to the area to me. These FSH were caught arnd10 am which kinda surprised me(hot and sunny). Fished for try after that fr a counple hrs . one try. Short. Plenty small bait and. Couldn't fnd trt. A couple Spanish and a couple ladies.
