Spring Warrior 9/26

Post by fishindawg »

Jonesing to slime the yak this Saturday and thinking about Spring Warrior(shortest drive time to me) anyone been lately?

Well went to the Warrior with a couple of friends. Not much happening, had 1 missed roll on MR16 and quick released a flounder on molting shrimp Gulp under popping cork. It was a beautiful day on the water. Tons of finger mullet everywhere!

Some friends and I are planning a trip to Spring Warrior in a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to reading your follow up post to let us know how your trip goes. Good luck!

Nice report. Good to hear about the finger mullet being everywhere. If the mullet population is strong, the rest of the fish are doing well. Everywhere that I fish from South Florida to the panhandle the game fish are in good shape if there is a healthy mullet population.
