Alternative to Aucilla?? St Marks?

Post by bluecorners »

I'm going tomorrow. I usually go to Aucilla/Econfina but am thinking about trying somewhere new , like St Marks.
Any suggestions for a first timer to that area??

Go to the main page and check out the launch page. Find a launch that you would like to try. Search the fishing reports for that launch. Lastly, look at google earth and find all the fishy spots. Go fishing. Repeat often.

For some really good info on St. Marks check out reports from Big Irish. Fish within sight of the lighthouse still tremble at the mention of his name.

Best advice ever! Sugar Ray's stellar reports are chock full of helpful details, amazing pictures, folks he's befriended, fish he's caught and lost, kerfuffles, observations of nature, his unique sense of humor and his lighthearted and bighearted way of seeing the world.
Even if you're not into fishing you can't help but learn something exquisite about living life to the fullest after reading his stories.

Big Irish will ALWAYS be the Mayor of The Lighthouse! :A1

You are loved, Ray!!

(Oh, and good luck with your fishing explorations, bluecorners) :D
