scallops

Any reports on the scallops from SE. I went south of rock island in the yak and only found a half pint and they were small.

Scallop season is open in Dixie and Taylor county now. Our area opens July 1, 2017

yes - I was in the legal area. I was just wondering if further south (around Dekle Beach or Keaton) if it was better

I read that there have been no scallops at Dekle and Keaton but they are being found at Steinhatchee.

We fished Pepperfish Keys (Steinhatchee) yesterday and we saw no scallops. Plenty of turtles and small trout though.
