I fished the St Marks Fort on Sunday. I put in in the City of St. Marks and headed up the Wakulla River and seen a few Manatees playing around the Yacht Club. I picked up some small Red Drum betwenn 14 - 20". I was able to get a picture of a Manatee coming up for air and going back down in the water. They were schooling around swimming upstream around the pilons at the yacht clubs and I guess they were rubbing on the pilons. The morning was really cold in the upper forties and winds died down after the tide turned at around 1:15. I also met a few kayakers just going out for a spin.
