i'm a topwater fly junkie for trout and reds. actually in fresh water too. Mainly poppers, crease flies, or gurglers. However, i think most "normal" fly fish enthusiasts throw some sort of clouser, seaducer, 1/2 in 1/2, or bend back at em. Let us know how you do. Come on out to the FCKA club tourny on sunday at the lighthouse and bring the fly. I plan on bringing the buggy whip as long as the wind is tolerable.

I've been considering breaking out some gummy minnows based on the action the Mirrodines seem to be getting.
