What I have managed to do is collect a few more supplies.
Here is the most recent haul from the Black Fly Outfitters in Jacksonville.

If you have been keeping track with fly tying you know that long skinny hackle (feathers) is now a hair accessory and mostly inaccessible to fly tyers - those with my kind of budget anyway. Hairdressers sell the hackle for abut $5 - 10 per feather.
I picked this Olive dyed pheasant and I want to tie green over white deceivers/seaducers from it. Rounded out the order with some centipede legs, green EP fibers and some white synthetic material I haven't tried before. The pheasant is not done justice by the picture and I think it will be fun to play with.
Also hit Strike Zone and Academy Sports for some artificials and to help other pick up some sale priced rod / reel combos. Ran out of time to hit SaltyFeather but that leaves a little adventure for next time.
