Bass in a neighborhood lake part 2 7/5/2015

Post by tmanbuckhunter »

Caught on an H20 Express Chart. Shad crankbait, runs 0-6" using Suffix titanium copolymer. Roughly 24" and 8lbs judging by the measurements on the rod and laying it across where the fish was. Didn't want to keep the big girl out of the water for too long. Kissed her on the nose and told her to go make more babies.

Thanks guys. She wasn't even in the water but about 5 seconds before she decided to shred my thumb to bits and take off. Had her out of the water for less than a minute.

No, she didn't respond at all... maybe her tearing my thumb up was her way of telling me that there is no kissing away the punctures of a VMC treble. 8O

Well dang... if I catch her again or another like her I'll weigh her in. I really don't want the location of this little pond/lake to go public though.

Very nice bass.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who wishes fish well, thanks them for playing and kisses them goodbye.
