Basssss on a fly

Post by abcarias »

Was heading over to my gf's house last night and couldn’t resist caring my 3wt since I would be driving by my favorite pond. In 30 minutes I caught more than 15 bass. They were small but that didn’t diminish the fun. They were crashing small bait fish on the surface sporadically and all I had to do was put my popper close to the ruckus. Jackson hasn’t been on fire for me the past couple weeks. So check out your favorite local ponds as the season changes...this may not last long.
